The Final Homesites at The Pointe at Hyco Lake Are About to Be Released

There’s a rare opportunity coming to Hyco Lake this summer, and once it passes, it won’t come around again.

On Saturday, June 6th, The Pointe at Hyco Lake will officially release the final phase of homesites within its private waterfront community during a highly anticipated Grand Opening Event. This final release includes just 70 new homesites, and once they are sold, The Pointe at Hyco Lake will be completely sold out. No future phases are planned.

As demand for lake living continues to grow across North Carolina, opportunities to own waterfront property in thoughtfully planned communities have become increasingly limited. The Pointe has quickly become one of the region’s most sought-after destinations for buyers searching for a more peaceful, connected lifestyle centered around nature, family, and the water.

Located along the scenic shoreline of Hyco Lake, The Pointe blends luxury lake living with the relaxed atmosphere people crave today. Residents enjoy private lake access, walking trails, gathering spaces, and the kind of setting where boating, fishing, sunset cruises, and weekends with family become part of everyday life.

The Phase 2 Grand Opening introduces the community’s final collection of homesites, including a limited number of waterfront and lake-access properties. Lakefront homesites will start at $259,880, while spacious 2- to 6-acre properties with lake access will start at just $119,880.

For many buyers, the appeal goes beyond the homesites themselves. The Pointe offers the chance to create a long-term family retreat, build a custom home surrounded by natural beauty, and invest in a lifestyle that feels increasingly difficult to find.

Attendees of the June 6th Grand Opening Event will have the opportunity to tour the property, walk available homesites, preview the final release map, and meet with the development team to learn more about pricing, availability, and the vision behind the community.

With only 70 homesites remaining and no additional phases planned, organizers expect strong interest from both local and out-of-state buyers looking to secure one of the last opportunities to own property at The Pointe at Hyco Lake.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to reserve their visit early.

To learn more or schedule your Grand Opening tour for Saturday, June 6th, visit HycoPointe.com or call the sales team directly at 844-778-0855 for event details and availability.
