It’s almost Easter! If you’d love to celebrate with a special meal that doesn’t require hours of prep and cleanup, you’re in luck! Order a simple or lavish precooked meal or hit up one of these Easter events at nearby restaurants. Book soon, as space is likely to fill up!

Peck and Plume at The Mayton in Cary will host an Easter Brunch with a “bountiful display of sweets and treats” in addition to fried shrimp & grits, bananas foster waffles, a lobster scramble with caviar and puff pastry, and other delights. Enjoy with a Cold Fashion cocktail featuring Woodenville bourbon, Kahlua, and chocolate bitters. Prices vary.

Vidrio’s elevated buffet will feature omelet, parfait, and prime rib carving stations, beet-cured lox, pastries, and lots of other brunch favorites, plus the rollout of a new coffee program. Easter Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. $65 adults, $20 kids 10 and under.

Buffet your way through Greek-inspired brunch bites at Taverna Agora from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Easter Sunday. Selections include carved leg of lamb, Loukoumades (Greek honey doughnuts), traditional red eggs (a Greek Easter tradition), and much more. $45 adults, $20 kids.

Enjoy Mexican favorites plus Easter-inspired chef specials and delicious cocktails at a’Verde Cocina + Tequila Library Easter Sunday starting at 10:30 a.m. Prices vary.

The Willard Rooftop Lounge at the AC Hotel Raleigh Downtown will host an Easter Rooftop Jazz Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Easter Sunday with music from pianist Jonathan Markow and his trio. The a la carte menu will feature items like citrus cured salmon toast, steak and eggs, and Belgian waffles with macerated berries and whipped cream. Prices vary.

Raleigh Cheesy

Grab finger foods from Raleigh Cheesy ranging from a charcuterie board serving 2-5 to a party bundle for 30 that includes charcuterie, crudites, crackers, and two types of sandwiches. $80 to $465.

Il Falò will feature a special a la carte brunch menu on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. including prosciutto Benedict, fig and gorgonzola pizza, prosecco mimosas, and other delights. Each party will be welcomed with a basket of hot cross buns for the table. Prices vary.

Brio Italian Grille offers 10-person or 20-person package options ranging from salad and pasta to a full spread with salad, two pastas, a meat entrée, and dessert — all of which come with bread and dipping oil. Available for pick up or delivery between Friday, March 29, and Easter Sunday. $15 to $35 per person.

The Restaurant at The Durham hotel will host a family-style Easter feast from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday. Courses include deviled eggs, salad and bread to start, followed by roasted leg of lamb, glazed ham, quiche, French toast, asparagus, potato hash, and a selection of sauces. Conclude the meal with a fruity and festive dessert board to share. $55 adults, $30 children under 12.

Pick up a Green Box from Seasons 52 with apricot-glazed ham, mashed sweet potatoes with maple-pecan streusel, green beans, salad, and dessert for 4-6 people, or opt for a single plate instead. If ham isn’t your thing, they also offer grilled beef tenderloin or cedar plank salmon packages. $29 to $225.

Table & Twine’s Easter Dinner with Ham

Table & Twine has four special Easter packages available for pickup or delivery March 29-30. A brunch bundle includes spinach and Gruyère quiche, cinnamon rolls, bacon, berry parfait, and a smoked salmon bagel display. Dinner packages in 6- or 10-person sizes include either spiralized ham or chicken Florentine with plenty of sides, rolls, and carrot cake. Or opt for a Southern sides and dessert bundle with bacon-bourbon collards, sweet potato casserole, and a blueberry buttermilk pie. $59.99 to $349.99.

The Fresh Market offers a traditional spread of ham, green beans, scalloped potatoes, and more serving 4 or 8-10 people. 2-person prime rib or rack of lamb meals are available, as well as 4-person quiche brunch packages.  $19.99 to $99.99.
